I joined the gym in August 2008 after a summer of ill fitting shorts and dresses! I'd been to a gym before but it was so long ago that I didn't have a clue what to do and I was really unfit. I joined the gym with the goal of losing weight before my wedding in 2010 and wanted plenty of time to do so.
From my first session with Dan I knew I wanted to work with him right up to my big day! My sessions are far from easy but I wouldn’t expect anything else. Dan knows exactly how far he can push me; usually well beyond what I believe to be my limits. The sessions are varied, targeted to my needs but most importantly a lot of fun.
It’s not just me that’s benefitted from Dan’s experience. My fiancé had a shoulder injury which stopped him from exercising. After a few sessions to improve posture and strength he’s been able to resume regular exercise without pain.
I am now fitter than I have ever been and I’m confident that I will look great on my wedding day!
