I started my healthy eating in January of 2008, and by the beginning of February I had lost 2 stone, I then thought it would be a good idea to start some sort of exercise so I joined Fitness First and signed up to the health scheme, I was introduced to Dan as he would be monitoring my progress and that’s when it all started.

Daniel Wheelright as a personal trainer is a fantastic motivator. His sessions are dynamic and invigorating, really different to traditional training techniques that I have experienced in the past. It also helps that he is qualified in sports injury so I can continue training in spite of minor strains and injuries which usually get me out of a routine for weeks at a time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
I met Dan about 12 months ago when I became a member at Fitness First gym where Dan is a personal trainer & Sports Therapist.
Initially he introduced me to the gym equipment, showing me how to get the best results out of my exercise routines & created a fitness program specifically for me, which over the next few months became beneficial & enjoyable.
Unfortunately September 2008 came along & I was diagnosed with Motor Neurons Disease (M N D ), which was not only a massive shock but it meant that now because of (M N D) I was feeling weak, tired & felt that the last place I needed to be was in a gym where people are fitness training, so I contacted Dan told him about my problem & said I would no longer be training.
Has Lost 3 stone so far.....!
Tony Mac is 64 and is fitter than most people, He trains 6 times a week and runs twice a week.
