What is Pilates?

Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. It incorporates elements of yoga, martial arts and Western forms of exercise.

What will it do for me?

Pilates can improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and general fitness.
