Before and During Pregnancy

Our pregnancy specialist will design you a 12 week program prior to pregnancy, to prepare your body to the demands about to be placed upon it.

We will also design you an exercise program for each trimester of pregnancy to keep your body and child in top condition.

 

After Pregnancy

Following the birth we will provide you with a 12 week program to follow, to help get your body back into shape as fast as possible. A woman who exercises prior to birth will find it easier to get their body back!
