Sarah Roberts - Personal Trainer

I've been a fully qualified Personal Trainer with for over 5 years experience in training and coaching. I will work with you to motivate you to achieve agreed goals while keeping sessions fun. I am experienced in working with a wide variety of individuals and groups with a broad spectrum of aims and needs. These range from individuals wanting to improve their fitness, change their lifestyle or appearance, to training for a major event.  Exercise benefits many areas of your well-being, not only physically but mentally and emotionally. As well as toning your body it can help to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. In my experience being physically fit and feeling great about yourself is something that affects all areas of your life. As your trainer I will provide care, support, education, guidance and motivation.


I will help you to achieve your goals by carrying out an in-depth assessment with you and devising an individual training programme, tailoring the exercises to your current level of fitness and training needs. I cater for all levels of fitness, and pride myself on building up my clients fitness levels at a sustainable pace resulting in exercise being an integral part of their lives. My priority is for my clients to reach their goals in a fun, safe and effective way by making sure that the sessions are challenging but enjoyable. Each session will be carefully planned to suit your needs, stretch your boundaries and take you one step closer to achieving your desired goals.


Early morning training is no problem; many of my clients enjoy feeling awake and refreshed to get through their busy day with increased energy.
